Playa La Chiva is one the most beautiful beach in the all Caribbean. Is just amazingly pristine, with completely crystal waters and have a long sand shore with ocean gentle waves. On the Background there is a small island called La Chiva (prohibited to go) but just with a scenic perfection. The beach is shallow, making it ideal for kids and have some rocks on the east side that make it very good for snorkeling discoveries.

In regards of facilities, Playa La Chiva is not a Balneario and does not count with public facilities. That means that is a great beach to spend a few hours on it and  not the all day. Bring everything that you may need: snacks, umbrella, snorkeling gear, etc.. Reload yourself on the closest town and definitely come back again.
